About the role
As a Customer Service Representative for healthcare accounts at access healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support. In this full-time, office-based role located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns
- Providing accurate and timely information to address customer queries
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to established service standards and compliance protocols
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer experience
What we're looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help customers
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
