About the role

As a Customer Service Representative for healthcare accounts at access healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support. In this full-time, office-based role located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
  2. Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns
  3. Providing accurate and timely information to address customer queries
  4. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  5. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  7. Adhering to established service standards and compliance protocols
  8. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer experience

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
