We are seeking a experienced Healthcare Representative to manage and process medical records requests in accordance with HIPAA and client policies.

You will serve as a vital link between patients, healthcare providers, and third-party requestors, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process medical records requests from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and government agencies.
  • Validate authorization forms to ensure compliance with HIPAA and state-specific regulations.
  • Retrieve and prepare records from electronic medical record (EMR) systems or physical storage.
  • Communicate professionally with providers and requestors to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track requests in the system and ensure turnaround time SLAs are met.
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and attention to data security protocols.
  • Collaborate with QA and compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation of released information and audit trails.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1 year healthcare experience
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
  • Proficient in MS Office and healthcare data platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive patient data.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to McKinley, Taguig / Pasay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
