Access Healthcare is looking for Customer Service Representative to provide support for both internal and external customers.

You'll be handling handling inbound phone calls and responding to emails regarding status updates, billing disputes and invoice adjustments.

Task :

Processes cancellation requests.

Meet personal/team goals and quotas

Submit billing adjustments as necessary.

Answering a high volume of phone status calls/emails daily

Recommend potential CIOX products or services to customers

Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing disputes

Report any patterns of incorrect billing, indexing errors, and client disputes

Research appropriate billing types and verify them against existing statutes.

Communicate with field agents and management via email to have requests reprocessed

Works with clients to obtain fee approval for requests that exceed established pricing thresholds

Qualifications :

Experience in BPO set-up is a definite advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must

Must have excellent communication skills

High School diploma or equivalent.

Keen attention to details

Organized and capable to multi-task.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment, while providing excellent customer service.

Amenable to work on a permanent night shift

Amenable to report onsite at McKinley, Taguig / Double Dragon, Pasay
