Job Overview

This role is focused on delivering exceptional client service as a dedicated case coordinator. With the opportunity for 100% remote work, you will play a key role in managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues to ensure seamless client matter progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track the firm's legal workflow pipeline to guarantee tasks and cases progress within deadlines and milestones.
  • Regularly review case statuses to identify overdue tasks, retainer replenishment needs, or delays requiring attention or resource adjustments.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments, address workflow issues, and maintain consistent progress.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of reports highlighting case progress, workflow patterns, and areas needing improvement.
  • Routine checks in the case management system are necessary to ensure accurate and up-to-date deadlines, time entries, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate case status meetings with the legal team, ensuring active cases are discussed, next steps identified, and tasks assigned appropriately.
  • Provide regular updates to the Administrator on case pipeline status and escalate ongoing challenges requiring higher-level intervention.
  • Assist in implementing changes or improvements to workflows as directed by leadership, offering feedback and suggestions when appropriate.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating effective communication across teams to ensure consistent handling of client matters.
