As a Medical Case Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between patients and medical providers following auto-related personal injury accidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage treatment funding requests and coordinate ongoing medical care for cases requiring legal support.
  • Communicate regularly with attorneys and case managers to ensure timely updates on patient status and records.
  • Coordinate scheduling of medical appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostics for cases involving personal injuries.
  • Track and manage documentation, including medical reports, billing, liens, and other correspondence to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and updated records in management software or electronic health record systems.
  • Generate and send narrative reports, deposition summaries, and lien documents promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience in medical case management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and the importance of confidentiality.
