Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage backend issues in Amazon Seller Central, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own case submissions related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other challenges.
- Act as the go-to expert for backend resolution, maintaining organized case history and track response timelines.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure compliance with Amazon's requirements.
- Support day-to-day brand operations, including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues.
- Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
- Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
