**Personal Injury Legal Assistant Job Description**

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm. We are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate new cases and provide initial assessments to the legal team.
  • Develop case strategies and oversee their implementation.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activity.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case status and address any questions or concerns.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team, ensuring client satisfaction and progress updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
