Job Title: Dedicated Client Support Specialist
About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to provide dedicated support to a single client. As a Senior Case Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track the legal workflow pipeline to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Review case statuses weekly to identify overdue tasks or delays requiring attention.
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments and workflow issues.
- Prepare and maintain reports on case progress and workflow patterns.
- Conduct routine checks in the case management system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate case status meetings with the legal team, discuss next steps, and assign tasks.
- Provide updates on case pipeline status and escalate ongoing challenges.
- Implement changes to workflows as directed by leadership, offering feedback and suggestions.
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal environment (case coordination, paralegal work, or legal operations).
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).
- Career-oriented mindset.
- Experience with case management software and legal workflow tools; familiarity with Clio is a plus.
- Certification in legal studies is preferred.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and prioritization abilities.
- Problem-solving with minimal guidance.
