We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project and Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects and programs that drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, manage project resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
  • Program Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to deliver high-quality results, provide coaching and mentoring, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and project sponsors.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, procedures, and tools, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project and program management, including at least 3 years of experience leading teams on large, complex projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks; strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
