Transformation Specialist

This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change in an organisation and work directly with clients across all areas of transformation management.

As a Transformation Specialist, you will operate independently on a project basis with responsibilities that include:

  • Providing direction about transformation services to clients
  • Analysing a client's business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from transformation
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
  • Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
  • Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
  • Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project

To be successful in this role, you will bring professional experience in consulting and/or knowledge of project delivery and the end-to-end delivery of organisational change. Typically, Transformation Specialists have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Transformation roles
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire and ability to contribute to the Transformation Practice
