Lead Infrastructure Transformation

We are partnering with a leading organization to redefine the IT landscape through innovation and reliability. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a strategic leader to drive infrastructure transformation and operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure IT systems that support business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's infrastructure architecture (networks, servers, storage, cloud solutions).
  • Develop strategies that align IT infrastructure with business goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology leaders to ensure system integration and operational efficiency.
  • Define and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior infrastructure leadership role, ideally within a related industry.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, data centers, virtualization, and network security.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and security frameworks within financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, AWS, or Azure are advantageous.
