Job Overview

We're seeking a visionary Product Lead to spearhead our services, fostering strategic clarity and empowering teams to thrive. As a Product Lead, you'll drive end-to-end transformation, overseeing squads and providing guidance on clear prioritization, accountability, and capabilities.

You will lead by example, driving change programs in an international context and mastering complex financial content within your tribe. This includes market risk, credit risk, operating risk, and analytics. You will also communicate effectively with senior management, adapting your style and content to meet the needs of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal parties and projects to deliver successful initiatives within your domain.
  • Take ownership of regulatory transformation initiatives and various internally-driven projects for diverse stakeholders.
  • Functionally steer IT Engineers and hierarchically manage a team of IT Business Analysts.
  • Collaborate in a complex setting across functions and influence other teams outside of your area or department.
  • Take responsibility, steer strategy, and execute changes based on facts and data, demonstrating managerial courage to question and make decisions.
  • Bolster the craftsmanship of employees in your team.

Key Capabilities/Experience

We're looking for a leader who can drive change, empower others, and navigate complex policies and processes. You should be able to adapt your communication style and content to suit different audiences and have a strategic mindset that identifies future opportunities and translates them into concrete strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with data analytics, including SQL and SAS or another statistical programming language.
  • Prove experience in transformation programs and relevant change execution.
  • Show expertise in defining strategies and policies to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames.
  • Drive and steer multidisciplinary initiatives involving banking and technology.
  • Experience process management and backlog management is highly desirable.
  • Explain complex issues in a simple way, using analytical skills to get people on board.
  • Display a 'can do' mentality, being proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Proven track record at management level and experience in Banking.
  • Educated at University with a (Master) degree in a related study (e.g., Business Administration, Technology, Finance).
  • An excellent level of English.
