Lead AI Transformation Programs

As a seasoned leader in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across industries. This role sits within the Artificial Intelligence & Data team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, a group that leverages modern AI, machine learning, and data technologies to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale intelligent systems using Generative AI models for enterprise applications such as knowledge management, synthetic data generation, autonomous agents, and customer experience automation.
  • Partner closely with clients to assess data and AI maturity, define responsible AI strategies, and design AI operating models aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Develop thought leadership, lead proposal development, and identify market opportunities to expand Deloitte's presence in the AI and data space across Southeast Asia.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing AI & Data team, fostering innovation and capability development in emerging AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines.
  • Extensive experience in Big 4 or MNC Consulting firm or industry-related role.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry with solid experience in the sales cycle and in leading project teams.
  • Strong experience directly interfacing with senior business and IT stakeholders for clients.
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently, to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • You have strong understanding of either structured and unstructured data mining, visualisation and analytics or Intelligent Automation.
  • Drive, tenacity, entrepreneurship, client-focused and results-oriented. You enjoy working methodically and with a great attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups and presentations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualise new approaches and solutions.
