Marketing Transformation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader with expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is experienced in driving marketing transformations, adapting to evolving industry trends, and leading high-performing marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Lead the creation and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.
  • Multi-Industry Marketing Leadership – Oversee marketing operations for multiple industries, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Brand Management & Positioning – Strengthen brand identity, visibility, and competitive positioning across multiple industries.
  • Change Management & Business Growth – Drive marketing transformations, innovate, and adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Market Expansion & Customer Insights – Identify new opportunities, analyze consumer behavior, and expand into new markets.
  • Digital & Traditional Marketing Integration – Optimize digital marketing, e-commerce, traditional advertising, and PR strategies for maximum impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive business strategies.
  • Marketing Team Development – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Performance Analysis & Budget Management – Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.
  • Hands-on & Adaptive Leadership – Be willing to roll up sleeves and engage at all levels of marketing operations when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8 to 15 years of proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in food & beverage, electronics, manufacturing, and retail marketing.
  • Extensive experience in change management and driving marketing transformations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and market expansion.
  • Exceptional leadership, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly adaptable, able to work in diverse workplace settings and engage at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in market analysis, campaign performance tracking, and budgeting.
  • Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday.
