Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Sales and Business Growth OpportunitiesJoin a dynamic team and take on the challenge of identifying new business development opportunities through research, lead follow-up, and strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to close new business deals.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or business development, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Willingness to travel 30-60% of the time.
