Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Sales and Business Growth Opportunities

Join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of identifying new business development opportunities through research, lead follow-up, and strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to close new business deals.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales or business development, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Willingness to travel 30-60% of the time.
