Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
- Our team is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to manage and develop key client relationships, driving growth and revenue for the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships with high net worth clients to generate sales volume and assets under management (AUM) for the bank.
- Conduct regular calls and visits to understand clients' investment needs and service requirements, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending suitable products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective clients and referrals, systematically planning and scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely servicing of accounts, providing excellent customer service and encouraging client loyalty.
Requirements:
- A 4-year graduate degree in a business-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- At least 4 years of experience in relationship management or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is an asset.
