Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and pitching brand partnership campaigns, as well as documenting campaign opt-in and onboarding.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and pitching brand partnership campaigns that meet business objectives
  • Documenting campaign opt-in and onboarding processes to ensure smooth execution
  • Liaising with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively
  • Analyzing campaign data and communicating post-mortem results with brands and account managers
  • Collecting co-funding subsidies from participating brands

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management
  • Experience in digital platforms is an asset
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to work in a start-up setting
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Highly analytical and able to make data-driven decisions
