Drive Revenue Growth as a Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth through new business development, effective account management, and market-driven trading strategies.

This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a deep understanding of trading practices and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Create business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build a pipeline of prospects through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through customized solutions and responsive client support
  • Manage complex negotiations with clients and suppliers, including pricing, terms, and contracts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trading opportunities to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and market insight reports
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Results oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of trading practices, commodity markets, or industry-specific regulations is a plus
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
