We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an HR and Admin Specialist. This position requires a unique blend of administrative expertise and human resources knowledge.
Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and line managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining positive relationships with law enforcement agencies is crucial in this role.
- Preparation and maintenance of administrative and HR documents are key responsibilities, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Effective handling of sustainable technician/labour compliance issues is essential.
- Candidate must possess exceptional communication skills to provide employee counseling and grievance handling services.
- Ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health is a top priority in this position.
- The successful candidate will also resolve administrative problems efficiently.
- Accurate verification of regional office rent, utility, and bills is a critical task.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector, is required for this role.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong background in General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits/Attendance/Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated individual with willingness to travel extensively for HR-related activities.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work on a 24X7 recall roster.
- Hardworking, smart, and honest individual who can adapt to dynamic environments.
Educational Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university is mandatory.
