JOB SUMMARY
- Well versed in HR functions (Recruitment, compensation and benefits,
preferably knowledgeable in SSS/Philhealth, Pagibig processing including egov
system payments, Employee Memorandums, good understanding of laws and
regulations)
-Human relations skills and implementation of HR policies
-Maintenance of 201 files and administrative functions
QUALIFICATIONS
-With leadership skills, proactive and strong ethical standards
-Proficient in MS Office and written communication skills
-Administrative experience an advantage
-Bachelor's degree in human resources or other field as long as qualified with
the work requirements
We prefer applicants from Cainta, Manggahan Pasig, Marikina, Rizal and nearby
areas
