Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to HR documentation and compliance.

Your primary focus will be on processing and tracking documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality, including BambooHR and Paycor systems.

In addition, you will assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.

Another key aspect of this role is responding to employee inquiries and monitoring the HR inbox.

Tracking training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.

You will support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.

Furthermore, you will generate HR reports and assist with audits and data integrity.

This role also involves coordinating performance management processes and reviews, generating completion reports, and supporting managers and employees throughout the cycle.

Lastly, you will support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR/Admin supporting US-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment-related processes.
  • Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work onsite with remote flexibility. However, please note that this role may require onsite presence based on business needs, performance evaluations, or operational requirements.

  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload speed.
  • Ability to directly hardwire to your modem.
