Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a unique and challenging position as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a dynamic organization.

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruitment specialists to drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across all contracted entities.
  • Design and implement scalable, inclusive, and industry-aligned recruitment strategies for clinical, administrative, support, and executive roles.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from requisition creation to offer letter issuance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and applicant pipeline conversion.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, and ensure candidate alignment.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in developing long-term workforce planning strategies, executing high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns, and driving continuous improvement within the talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • SHRM certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment metrics, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequent meetings via video or phone; occasional in-person site visits.
Working Conditions:
  • Remote.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with collaborative teams.

Level of Education/Training Qualifications:
  • 13 AIHR certifications.
  • SHRM certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services settings strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with EEO/AA, OFCCP, and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks.

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and talent acquisition functions for all affiliated companies under Enterprise Management. This includes managing recruitment strategy, optimizing applicant tracking systems, supervising a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and ensuring all workforce needs are met in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
