Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to source and engage high-quality candidates for our US-based recruitment team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs. You will also develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent, streamline the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the US market
  • Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume databases, and internet sourcing tools
