You will stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, aligning with client needs and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting to find high-quality candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, aligning with client needs and organizational culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on sourcing and headhunting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
