The Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Staffing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key player, you'll source, interview, and assess top talent across various industries and roles, collaborating closely with our team to match high-quality candidates with clients' needs.


Duties:
  • Discover exceptional candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
  • Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to accurately match candidates with job requirements
  • Streamline candidate processing, verifying references and experience, and sending offer letters
  • Update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest information on candidates and their progress
  • Collaborate with our Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to optimize sourcing strategies and attract high-quality candidates in large volumes
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on recruiting progress for assigned accounts
  • Analyze opportunities to enhance staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing and hiring; recruitment marketing is an asset
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication
  • A tech-savvy individual with analytical skills and ability to set goals and plans
