Senior Leadership Role: Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a leadership position that requires a strong track record of successfully leading teams in talent acquisition.

About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our recruitment team, drive results, and set standards of excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets while upholding high standards for quality and efficiency.

This role requires someone who is not only a coach but also a living example of reliability and accountability, consistently present and engaged, ready to oversee team attendance and serve as a reliable resource.

The ideal candidate will be an active team player, demonstrating expertise by performing tasks across the board, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screens.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a group of recruiters, providing direction and support to help them achieve company goals.
  • Manage team attendance and be a consistent, reliable presence, setting the standard for the team.
  • Implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Availability during USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
