Email Marketing Specialist

The primary role of the Email Marketing Strategist is to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance.

This involves working closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, then using that knowledge to create effective email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data to optimize campaign performance and communicate insights and reports on performance to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and objectives;
  • Strategizing, formulating, and executing email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies;
  • Analyzing data to optimize campaign performance;
  • Communicating insights and reports on performance to clients;
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance client experience;
  • Working with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts;
  • Collaborating with the Activations team to ensure strategy alignment and clear instructions;
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients;
  • Sharing industry insights with marketing to position the company as a thought leader.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be highly analytical and able to interpret complex data to inform their decision-making.
