At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing hands-on support on various operational processes and ongoing functional and technical improvements across all digital marketing platforms. The successful candidate will enable marketing users to implement effective and engaging marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing leaders to review the pipeline of platform updates and assist in launching platform features and functionality.
  • Handle incoming requests and troubleshoot issues reported from platform users and other corporate marketing teams, collaborating with the Corporate Digital team on the relevant course of action.
  • Assist with drafting requirements for new feature development.
  • Educate users on best practices and training.
  • Conduct quality assurance processes, including new feature testing, campaign testing, and defect reviews.
  • Maintain training materials and deliver training sessions for platform users.
  • Manage user access licenses for platform users.
  • Implement privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Create social media content for enterprise-wide campaigns.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to platform maintenance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with web CMS, marketing automation, event management, and social media marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of product development and operations.
  • Able to innovate and stay up-to-date with developments in digital marketing.
  • A consultative and collaborative approach when partnering with colleagues and internal clients.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently but as part of a high-performing team.
  • Detail-oriented, action-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work EMEA business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
