Job Title: Ad Operations Specialist

As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end setup and launch of digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

You will conduct proactive, data-driven optimization of active campaigns, including keyword and negative keyword research, bid recommendations, and budget management to improve ad performance and meet client KPIs.

You will generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to provide data-driven insights to clients and internal teams.

You will manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and provide timely updates while collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support sales with campaign proposals and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute ad campaign setup and launch
  • Conduct campaign optimization
  • Generate and analyze performance reports
  • Manage client accounts and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads UI and Editor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising UI and Editor
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar tracking systems
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Knowledge of ad copy creation best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills for client and internal reporting
