Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a junior role – we need someone who can confidently plan, execute, and optimise high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.

What you'll do:

Run and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and YouTube) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.

Manage Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives, including Conversion, Lead Generation, Engagement, and Traffic.

Plan and execute TikTok campaigns tailored for performance and growth.

Manage and optimise LinkedIn Ads for B2B targeting.

Create, monitor, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with the team to refine targeting strategies and scale winning campaigns.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (3+ years), with strong results across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience working with Australian companies or clients is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
