Staff4Me is looking for a talented and strategic Digital Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to develop cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Lead the creative process for digital marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools.
