Responsibilities

We are seeking a Revenue Development Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth across all product lines.
  • Supervising and guiding sales engineers to achieve sales targets, focusing on coverage, sales closing, servicing, and collection.
  • Monitoring sales performances and ensuring that individual sales engineers meet or surpass their sales targets for each product line.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Support Group to deliver seamless pre-sales to after-sales services to clients.
  • Training and developing sales engineers to become productive assets to the sales organization.
  • Assisting sales personnel in establishing relationships with top decision-makers.
  • Conducting credit investigations and providing recommendations on credit lines/terms for submitted clients.
  • Ensuring that target market sectors and area assignments are covered by assigned sales engineers.
  • Regularly reviewing collection status and critical accounts, taking action to resolve them.
  • Reporting market situations, competitor activities, and client concerns, implementing remedial/preventive measures to enhance group productivity and efficiency.
  • Providing monthly assessments of sales group performance and staff productivity.
  • Working with superiors, marketing groups, and sales development teams to develop sales strategies to improve market share across all product lines.
  • Responsible for accountable forms issued to subordinate sales engineers, including daily itineraries, call reports, project status, and collection reports.
  • Maintaining close monitoring of organizations involved in products and business, ensuring proper representation to secure practitioner patronage.
  • Holding regular meetings with sales staff.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
