  1. Revenue Report Verification: The Revenue Audit Supervisor verifies daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports endorsed by revenue audit officers, ensuring that all discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  2. Team Supervision: This individual supervises revenue audit officers in the reconciliation of revenue reports using company reporting tools, raw data, and Service provider's back office systems.
  3. Variance Analysis: The supervisor identifies and analyzes sources of variances, reports noted variances for resolution, and ensures that all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  4. Reporting and Assistance: The Revenue Audit Supervisor assists the Revenue Audit Assistant Manager in preparing revenue reports to PAGCOR and Service Providers, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  5. Task Management: This role involves monitoring and supervising revenue audit staff, assigning tasks, and organizing work processes to ensure seamless department operations.
  6. Ad-hoc Tasks: The supervisor performs other functions and acts as assigned from time to time as the business requires, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Job Competencies/Specifications:

  1. Attention to Detail: A high degree of attention to detail is essential for this role, with an ability to adhere to deadlines and maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
  2. Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to supervise and train revenue audit officers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary for identifying variances, analyzing sources, and recommending solutions.
  4. Audit and Reconciliation Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of audit and reconciliation procedures is essential for this role, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  5. Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years' work experience as a supervisor in reconciliation/auditing, preferably in a similar work environment, is required for this position.
