Job Title: Client Success Partner

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that can be performed remotely. You will work closely with clients to build lasting relationships that drive trust, value, and security.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a B2B environment. They will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with Asana, Slack, and Zoho, as well as having experience in cybersecurity, IT, or compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned clients, conducting regular check-ins to review progress, address issues, and share updates.
  • Proactively identify and address risks to ensure a positive customer experience and own the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities or complex negotiations and collect customer feedback and relay actionable insights to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Zoho is a plus, as well as experience in cybersecurity, IT, or compliance.
