Job Title: Enterprise Client Success Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Client Success Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success department, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences across all enterprise-level accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Client Success Manager to execute account strategies and meet performance objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive corrective actions for enterprise clients.
  • Manage daily communications, responding quickly to client requests, questions, and needs.
  • Develop and maintain proactive approaches to client success, communicating regularly and clearly to address and improve the client experience.
  • Create and modify account-specific reports highlighting health and performance metrics.
  • Review and track updates using HubSpot.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc).
  • A strong sense of urgency and proactivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
