Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive client success and contribute to the growth of our clients worldwide.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams to acquire new clients, define project scopes, and allocate resources effectively.
  • As the primary contact for new clients, you will ensure exceptional client experiences, foster strong relationships within the Enterprise sector, and address client escalations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong working relationships with Enterprise leaders, business owners, hiring managers, and sales teams to align on delivery approaches for identified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new clients and define project scopes.
  • Work closely with Talent teams to identify and secure resources, ensuring the right mix of expertise for each client project.
  • Lead a team consisting of marketers, creative professionals, sales representatives, and operations personnel.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of client projects as needed.
  • Develop strategies for new business development and implement them accordingly.
  • Ensure successful project delivery in adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Manage client expectations and facilitate their active involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cultivate long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with all clients.
  • Partner with Managed Delivery teams to oversee project management, time estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, resource estimates, timesheets, billing details, and regular reports for engagements.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • More than 10 years of experience in project management, account management in marketing or technology consulting sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain robust working relationships with clients.
  • Experience in collaborating with distributed teams, proficiency in operating as a remote member within a dynamic, dispersed team while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling diverse challenges, meeting deadlines, and interacting with a wide range of contacts.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
