Job Description:

A key contributor to our Customer Success Organization, you will work closely with strategic clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Your portfolio will encompass a range of accounts, from on-demand engagement to long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-priority client relationships accountable for engagement and satisfaction over the lifetime of the customer
  • Establish strong connections within the client organization, ensuring regular check-ins to understand and promptly address client needs and concerns
  • Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client accounts and leverage these during the customer lifecycle
  • Partner with clients to build joint success plans, maintaining a detailed understanding of the client's business to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, adoption of technology, and engagement
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that support our brand promise of delivering superior outcomes and facilitate cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor client analytics and KPIs to reinforce the value of the solution and identify areas for improving the customer experience and optimizing the solution
  • Conduct regular business reviews, clearly articulating the specific value delivered to the client and progress on client milestones and goals
  • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and optimal customer experiences
  • Drive business growth and profitability by maximizing value, driving usage and adoption, and reducing churn
  • Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution through collaboration with internal teams
