We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing customer service, running reports, and organizing tasks efficiently. Strong technical and analytical skills, as well as creative problem-solving abilities, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and produce various reports, including ad-hoc reports
  • Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong technical and analytical skills with creative problem-solving abilities
Requirements:
  • Accredited 4-year degree or Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience
  • Experience in Shared Services environment
  • Advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
