Job Summary:
The HR Admin Staff is responsible for accurate data encoding and administrative support within the HR department. The role ensures proper maintenance of employee records, accurate HRIS updates, and provides assistance to HR officers in attendance, payroll monitoring, and compensation and benefits reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Encode and update employee 201 files and maintain organized records.
• Perform accurate and timely HRIS data encoding and updates.
• Assist the EEER Officer in attendance monitoring and preparation of related reports.
• Assist the Compensation and Benefits Officer in the preparation, checking, and consolidation of payroll reports.
• Support HR operations through proper filing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of all HR data and documents.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in encoding and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and support various HR functions as required.
