Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Human Resources Officer. This position is a key member of our team responsible for talent acquisition, team engagement and culture building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and welcoming exceptional talent while nurturing a workplace environment rooted in respect, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews with professionalism.
  • Communicate with candidates in a timely, respectful, and engaging manner.
  • Support hiring managers with interview logistics and evaluation materials.
  • Facilitate onboarding experiences that are welcoming, informative, and culturally aligned.

Team Engagement & Culture Building:

  • Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations.
  • Help track birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries to ensure a sense of belonging.
  • Support internal communications that uplift and inform teammates.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that promote inclusivity, wellness, and belonging.

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits coordination.
  • Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly.

Performance & Development Support:

  • Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, and growth conversations.
  • Track training participation and support learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or teammate engagement is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
