
Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Human Resources Officer. This position is a key member of our team responsible for talent acquisition, team engagement and culture building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and welcoming exceptional talent while nurturing a workplace environment rooted in respect, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews with professionalism.
- Communicate with candidates in a timely, respectful, and engaging manner.
- Support hiring managers with interview logistics and evaluation materials.
- Facilitate onboarding experiences that are welcoming, informative, and culturally aligned.
Team Engagement & Culture Building:
- Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations.
- Help track birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries to ensure a sense of belonging.
- Support internal communications that uplift and inform teammates.
- Collaborate on initiatives that promote inclusivity, wellness, and belonging.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits coordination.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly.
Performance & Development Support:
- Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, and growth conversations.
- Track training participation and support learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or teammate engagement is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
