Sr. Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Job Title: HR and Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose
A detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. Must be proactive, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support the team with data entry and database management.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Coordinate shuttle service/ transportation of employees, and perform fleet management.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- A college graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A resident of Sta. Rosa or Binan, Laguna or nearby areas
