At TTEC, we seek a talented individual to fill the Human Resources Business Partner position. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate with leadership and teams, while also influencing them to achieve positive outcomes.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting assigned business units and leaders in strategically addressing Talent needs. They will develop and implement talent initiatives that align with key business goals and strategies.

  • This includes proactively identifying human resource initiatives that enhance bottom line results and improve employee-related gross margins.
  • The HR Business Partner will collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding talent initiatives to the business.
  • They will establish trusted advisor relationships with key leaders at multiple levels.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in SHRM or continued education.
  • Strong experience in multiple HR disciplines, including total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to build relationships of trust with leadership and influence teams to create positive outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
