Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage travel bookings across various online platforms, ensuring all reservations align with client preferences, budgets, and schedules. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for travel and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Booking Management: Book accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.
  • Team Expansion and Recruitment: Identify potential individuals who can assist with travel bookings, promote the opportunity to work as a travel assistant under a commission-based model, onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively book trips using OTAs, track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.
Compensation Structure:
  • Commission per successful booking.
  • Additional commission for every new team member recruited who completes bookings.
