Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of international travel products, including holiday packages, group tours, travel insurance, and related services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, have a strong understanding of global destinations, and possess the skills to drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Actively sell international travel packages to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2C and B2B channels.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from inquiry and proposal to booking and post-sale support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and international DMCs.

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other channels to promote travel products.
  • Create and manage promotional content, email marketing, and advertising materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, destinations, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with the design and digital teams to maintain engaging website and social media content.
  • Represent the company at travel expos, trade shows, and client events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
  • Residents of South area (Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque) and nearby provinces (Cavite, Laguna) or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global DMCs, airlines, or tour operators.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
