Administrative & Finance Support Coordinator

Alabang | Hybrid (70% remote, 6–8x/month onsite)

We're hiring an Administrative & Finance Support Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly. From handling billing and payroll to organizing documents and supporting compliance, you'll play a key role in our day-to-day success.

What You'll Do

Keep contracts and accreditations up to date

Support onboarding, payroll, and reimbursements

Manage billing, receipts, and credit card reconciliations

Help with bookkeeping, reports, and tax filing

Assist with scheduling, travel, and events

Coordinate with vendors and maintain records

What You Bring

2+ years in admin or finance support

Solid skills in MS Office or Google Workspace

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Comfortable working independently and remotely
