About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator supports planning and execution of travel and logistics for personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations while managing arrangements for events, site visits, and equipment deliveries across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel for staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
  • Coordinate logistics for events, site visits, and equipment deliveries
  • Work with vendors to secure cost-effective transportation and lodging
  • Manage documentation, itineraries, approvals, and records
  • Handle visa applications, foreign clearances, and travel authorizations
  • Support mobilization and demobilization logistics for project personnel
  • Prepare cost estimates and assist with tracking budgets
  • Maintain and distribute current policies and procedures
  • Respond to emergency changes, delays, or cancellations
  • Assist in procurement and shipment of training materials and equipment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Business, or Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience managing international travel and logistics
  • Familiarity with DoD rules and foreign clearance requirements
  • Strong knowledge of international procedures and visa processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and coordination tools
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
