Job Overview

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to act as a guiding influence for virtual assistants, with the ultimate goal of achieving client satisfaction and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with team members through regular meetings and coaching sessions
  • Providing expert guidance and support to assistants as they execute their tasks
  • Closely monitoring daily assistant performance in conjunction with other departments
  • Evaluating output to ensure it meets stringent client requirements
  • Collaborating with various teams to address concerns related to assistants or clients

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least six months of experience in supervisory roles, preferably in remote work environments
  • Minimum one year of background in account management, client services, or operations
  • Proficiency in learning new software platforms and implementing effective performance management strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Work Arrangements:

  • Flexible remote work arrangement allowing employees to work from preferred locations
  • Full-time employment type with 40 hours/week
  • $5 per hour compensation rate
