
Client Experience Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients via various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main client contact: Handle sensitive feedback, high-value interactions, and resolve service issues directly or escalate critical concerns with full context.
- Manage client relationships: Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining brand voice.
- Document client interactions: Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications in internal folders.
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email)
- Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working long hours and adapting to changing priorities
- Proficiency in tech tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Telegram
