Customer Relationship Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Professional to join our team. As a key member of our client outreach program, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent our organization with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they contact us
  • Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations
  • Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish

This is a remote position, requiring exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. You must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
