Account Growth Specialist Role

This position combines client engagement, solution delivery, and business expansion. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will work directly with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Analyse client operations and recommend dashboard solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
  • Develop long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions meeting client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
